Cool Well at last MS have announced Bogart 3.1 on their English web site.
It also contains a link to down load the Bogart 3 add on manual.

Thanks Brian. Always on the ball, as usual. I wasn't aware the English manual had been finished.

The ISO for the latest (V3.1) version of Bogart may be downloaded from
http://www.macrosystem.de/downloads/ISO/BogartSE31.zip
or
http://78.46.78.69/downloads/ISO/BogartSE31.zip (whichever is faster, as this is a 600 MB file)
